hub South West Events

Kier smallerhub South West is committed to positively engaging with the locally based supply chain, with a view to helping them improve their chances of gaining hub contracts. By doing this, it is anticipated that more of the circa £500m construction spend over the next 5 years will result in contracts for local companies and jobs for local people.

Our workshops and events are open to all members and aspiring members of hub South West’s Territory Supplier Network and are designed to build skills and create meaningful networking opportunities (with hub SW, Tier 1 contractors, presenters and other delegates) for those attending.

The First hub Club meet for January 2019

Our first hub Club for 2019 will be held on the 29th January at the Zest, Dumfries and Galloway College, Bankend Rd, Dumfries DG1 4FD, please arrive for 11:45 for a 12:00 start

January's meeting will feature Drone usage in Construction from Drone Scotland who specialise in aerial photography and film and will bring FPV Goggles for the experience. News from Dumfries College and hub South West and the opportunities relating to them, whilst bringing together the hub South West team, Tier 1 contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, professional services companies and of course networking with fellow attendees over a coffee and a sandwich

Local companies invited to pitch their business for 3 minutes each.
