hub South West is committed to positively engaging with the locally based supply chain, with a view to helping them improve their chances of gaining hub contracts. By doing this, it is anticipated that more of the circa £500m construction spend over the next 5 years will result in contracts for local companies and jobs for local people.
Our workshops and events are open to all members and aspiring members of hub South West’s Territory Supplier Network and are designed to build skills and create meaningful networking opportunities (with hub SW, Tier 1 contractors, presenters and other delegates) for those attending.

Build Ayrshire - Recruiting Now for 2024
Build Ayrshire Programme 2024 - hub South West invites Ayrshire based Construction Sector Related Businesses to participate in the Build Ayrshire programme run in partnership with East, North and South Ayrshire Councils and our Active Tier 1 contractors.
Strictly for Ayrshire businesses with ambitions to grow. The programme has been carefully designed to help improve business capability, open opportunities for growth while providing ongoing development support and guidance. Delivering support through learning workshops, with opportunities to learn tools and techniques from the facilitators who are experts in their subjects, supporting contractors on a one-to-one basis and ongoing support to build capability and expertise in key business development areas, with a focus towards building sustainable growth to take on increasing volumes of business.
Delivered over 7 weekly 1/2 day sessions The programme will run from 14th February to 27th March, and includes Meet the Buyer session with our Active Tier 1 Contractors.
FREE to attend, albeit a regular commitment of time is required to take full advantage of the programme.
