Hub South West Scotland delivered its second project today, Friday 23rd May, by handing over the Ardrossan Medical Centre to Irvine Bay Developments Limited.

This project involved the refurbishment and extension of an existing police station building on Harbour Road in Ardrossan to form a state of the art 1,000 square meter GP practice with associated office accommodation. The building was completed on time, on budget and to a high quality standard demonstrating hub South West’s ability to successfully deliver projects for our participants.
