Welcome to hub South West Scotland

hub South West Scotland is a public – private partnership that enables cost-efficient design and construction of community infrastructure within Lanarkshire, Ayrshire and Dumfries & Galloway.

Our aim is to provide effective value for money and generate growth in the local economy through a new method of partnership working and procurement, maximising local investment and creating joined-up, improved community services.

The hub model has established a new regime of collaborative working practices which has successfully brought together public sector bodies and private companies to deliver real savings and tangible benefits to local people and businesses acros the South West territory

hub South West is currently processing a general pipeline of £950m and actively encourages local companies to join the Supplier Network.The partnership provides in-roads to contract opportunities on local projects and business development opportunities via the Supply Chain Institute. hub South West also works to inspire the next generation of built environment professionals through our nationally accredited Skills Academy ,supporting work placements, apprenticeships and training opportunities.
