hub South West comprises of a number of public sector organisations (‘Participants’ and Scottish Futures Trust) and a consortium of private sector partners, collectively called Alliance Community Partnerships. Together, we will develop innovative, sustainable and value for money solutions for community services and infrastructure projects such as Schools and Health Centres.
Alliance Community Partnerships is comprised of four organisations:
The hub South West territory has a potential pipeline of £400m to be delivered over the next 5 years, increasing to £1 billion over the next 10 years. We will use local and national organisations to deliver the works through our Territory Supplier Network (TSN). By working collaboratively with Participants, we will continually improve our project's delivery model, seeking to reduce cost and lead-times. hub South West is committed to improving the planning, procurement and delivery of integrated public services and improved community facilities within the territory area. hub South West brings together all of the public sector bodies in the South West territory area, the Participants, to deliver joined-up services to achieve better value for money for the public purse and continual improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
