Our Autumn 2015 Building for Growth Programme kicks off on the 24th September 2015 with Business Strategy, led by Susan Coulle of Coulle Coaching. The programme spanning 7 sessions, will see 12 businesses from across Ayrshire and Lanarkshire working together in order to build capacity for growth.

The programme will run over 10 weeks and the participating companies will gain benefits including real progress through action planning and ongoing support to build capability and expertise in key business development areas such as people management, IT, tendering and marketing and the ability to build relationships with hub South Wests' Tier-1 Contractors, who will host the sessions, attend and pass on their expertise at various stages in the programme.
