On 19th December 2013 a successful financial close for the £51 million  'NHS Lanarkshire's Primary Care Investment Programme Phase 2 for 3 health centres situated in East Kilbride, Wishaw and Kilsyth was reached.

This project reached FC within 12 months from acceptance of an New Project Request (NPR) which is a fantastic achievement for a multi-site DBFM contract.

The Construction works will be undertaken by Graham Construction Limited and the Facilities Management works will be carried out by Graham Asset Management.
