Delivering Infrastructure and Economic Benefits across South West Scotland
During 2014 hub South West has successfully handed over five projects totalling £12 million with a further £80 million currently under construction.
Current development projects total £250 million, with a further £160 million identified at the pre-development stage.
A key driver to the delivery model is a focus on delivering community benefits and improvements to local economies through infrastructure investment while delivering value for money.
