During 2014 hub South West has successfully handed over five projects totalling £12 million with a further £80 million currently under construction.

Current in construction projects total £113million, with a further £450million identified at the development stage, giving pipeline business totalling £563 million.

Due to our continued expansion, we needed to re-locate to find a base which was more conducive for collaborative working and had good transport links throughout our territory area.

Following much property hunting, we are on the move to a new open plan, modern 2,000 sq feet office, in Strathclyde Business Park. The move takes effect from Monday 16^th February.

All correspondence sent to the former head office in Irvine, will be automatically re-directed and the logistics of the move have been carefully planned, in the hope of achieving a smooth transition, with minimal disruption to our staff and our supply chain contractors.
