hub South West successfully handed over the Marr All Weather Sports Facilities to South Ayrshire Council earlier this week. 

 The project, delivered snag free, included the construction of 2 synthetic all weather sports pitches with associated floodlighting. The development of the pitches marks an investment of £1 Million from South Ayrshire Council, with an additional contribution of £300,000 from Sport Scotland to help develop local sports facilities and opportunities.

This development is the first phase completed in the delivery of the upcoming £34 Million Marr College project which will see the school refurbished and extended, with work begining in the Autumn. This handover becomes the 10th project hub South West has delivered, on time and on budget!
