To set the ‘gold standard’ in procurement for delivering improved public facilities and services. We will achieve this via partnership working, stakeholder consultation and knowledge sharing of project design and build expertise. This will deliver higher quality, sustainable, best value, integrated facilities and services to better serve the people of Ayrshire, Lanarkshire and Dumfries & Galloway.
We are actively committed to recycling the local pound, encouraging small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to be involved in the programme delivery, thereby generating economic growth and regeneration within the local economy. We will not only provide employment opportunities, but will actively work with local companies through our Supply Chain Institute to help them secure hub South West contracts. We will also help create training, education and apprenticeship opportunities via our Skills Academy to help local companies achieve the standard required to join and contribute to the Supply Chain.
