hub South West hands over its 6th successful project!
On 31st March 2015 hub South West handed over the keys to Kilsyth Community Health Centre. This facility provides a range of outpatient services including GP and Dental services. This £7 million project is the first of 3 projects being delivered by hub South West to the Lanarkshire Healthboard and is the 6th project handed over by hub South West, giving us 100% record of delivering on time.

Work begins on £36m Garnock Education Campus
Work has begun on the latest project to be undertaken by hub South West – the creation of a £36m education campus in the Garnock Valley in Ayrshire.
The campus, which will relocate and merge Garnock Academy and Glengarnock Primary school on a greenfield site in Glengarnock, will cater for 1,500 students – 1,200 secondary , 300 primary and 30 nursery. Due for completion in late 2016, the site will also provide community facilities such as a six-lane 25m swimming pool and fitness suite.
Building for Growth - Spring 2015 Dumfries
The programme started with a bang on Thursday 5th March, with 15 delegates from 11 Dumfries and Galloway based companies attending the opening session.
Building for Growth is a business development programme run over 8 weekly sessions aiming to support businesses build capacity to grow further, and to assist them in engaging with hub South West and its Tier 1 contractors as it builds 7 schools in the local area over the next 4-5 years.

During 2014 hub South West has successfully handed over five projects totalling £12 million with a further £80 million currently under construction.
Current in construction projects total £113million, with a further £450million identified at the development stage, giving pipeline business totalling £563 million.
